Kristy spent half her childhood in a make believe world, daydreaming about growing up, falling in love, and travelling the world. Now, she spends her days writing about being young, falling in love, and all that comes with growing up in a complicated world.
She lives with her husband, teenage daughter, and two sons in the beautiful Adelaide Hills where they’re lucky enough to get occasional visits from the local koalas.
When she’s not writing or daydreaming about her stories you’ll find her reading, cooking for her family, or doing anything to avoid the housework. She loves to spend time watching movies with her kids, travelling, and going for walks in her little corner of the world.

Dark, edgy, and captivating. Kristy’s writing grips tight, it draws you to the edge of your seat and sticks in your mind for days afterwards. I loved the disturbing intensity of her world and have no doubt that teenagers will fall deeply. LUCID is unpredictable, one girl’s gift that is anything but. I’d have snatched this off the bookshelf when I was young.
